I am Kelsey Hart the executive director for Miss Black Royal International Pageants. We are excited you came to join our sisterhood.  My passion is pageantry & community service, with over 15 years of experience from competing, judging, and winning national titles I know what you are looking for. As a trailblazer in the pageant community and my extensive experience I have a dedication to ensuring the empowerment of all the queens. Pageantry is truly inspiring and empowering. I am committed to inclusivity and celebrating diversity which aligns with our mission statement. I am excited to create a memorable experience for everyone.
